Product Features

The cleaning sheet can effectively clean the tiny particles on the roller of the film processing machine and stick them out together, which can greatly reduce the film sand eyes, black spots, scratches and other phenomena.

There is no need to remove the roller from the film processing machine, and it can be cleaned at any time. The cleaning sheet has an exclusive patent. Its surface coating produces strong viscosity after being damp, which can effectively stick the deposited dirt of various chemicals from the transmission roller.

Product Usage and Technical Parameters

1. Feed the cleaning sheet into the film processing machine like developing negatives, and then turn the bright side down to clean the roller below.
2. After the cleaning sheet exits the film processor, turn it 180 degrees and feed it into the film processor with the smooth side facing up to clean the rollers on top.
3. If it is inconvenient to wait for the cleaning sheet to exit the film processor, you can continue to put in the cleaning sheet according to steps 1 and 2, and the exited cleaning sheet can be used again.
4. When the cleaning sheet becomes dirty after being stained by dirt, it can be thrown away like a discarded film.
5. We recommend that the cleaning sheet for the film processor be used before each shift change, or before the film processor is shut down for 4 hours before processing. When using the cleaning sheet for the film processor, you never have to worry about cross-contamination of chemicals.
6. This product works well when used with a special cleaning agent for the film processor.
