Instructions for Use??

Dosage: 5-15%

Temperature: Ultrasonic cleaning: Metal parts 65-85℃ Plastic parts 50-60℃

Time: Ultrasonic cleaning for 2-10 minutes.

1. Add pure water to a clean degreasing tank, heat to about 50℃, slowly add 10-20% CLEANER 7# high-efficiency and environmentally friendly water-based cleaning agent while stirring, stir evenly, and raise to the required temperature for use.
2. When combined with ultrasonic equipment cleaning, heat the degreasing tank to the required temperature, clean for 2-10 minutes, rinse with pure water and then dry.
3. When using hot soaking and manual wiping to clean, the workpiece should be shaken continuously until it is clean.
4. The effect of water-based cleaning agents is closely related to the wax, oil stains, water-based cleaning agent concentration, tank liquid temperature, and ultrasonic frequency.
5. To maintain the best cleaning effect, the workpieces to be cleaned must not overlap with each other, and 1-3% of water-based cleaning agents should be added regularly every day as a supplement.
6. When the decontamination effect is significantly reduced, water-based cleaning agents can be added based on experience to maintain it. When the amount of oil, wax and grease is too much, the cleaning fluid needs to be replaced.

Please Note?

Adjust the concentration of the cleaning solution according to the severity of the wax and oil stains. Rinse the workpiece thoroughly after cleaning and remove impurities on the surface of the tank liquid in time to avoid secondary pollution.

Do not let this product come into contact with your eyes. If it splashes into your eyes accidentally, lift your eyelids and rinse with running water or saline. Do not swallow this product. If you swallow it accidentally, do not induce vomiting, keep resting, and seek medical attention in time.
