Application

KEY-207Wafer cutting cleaning agent is suitable for cutting of various types of wafers, LEDs, silicon wafers, and ceramic substrates. The product has excellent lubricity and cleanliness, can quickly remove silicon powder particles generated during the cutting process, and reduce scratches caused by silicon powder. After cutting, the silicon wafer incision is neat and smooth without cracks, which significantly improves the cutting yield.

How to use

(1) Mix KEY-207 wafer cutting cleaning agent and deionized water evenly to prepare a working solution with a mass ratio of 1:800~1000 deionized water.

(2) After cleaning for a period of time, the residue in the cleaning agent will increase, causing the cleaning strength to decrease, and the cleanliness of the cleaned parts will deteriorate. According to actual use, the cleaning agent in the tank needs to be added and replaced regularly (depending on the number of parts to be cleaned).

Please Note

• This product is a special cleaning agent. The working solution must be prepared with deionized water. The cleaning solution cannot be mixed with other cleaning agents.
• After opening this product and taking out the used part, the lid must be closed tightly to prevent the cleaning agent from volatilizing.
• Used cleaning agents and unused cleaning agents cannot be placed in the same packaging barrel. After the cleaning agent is opened, if there is residual cleaning agent in the barrel, it cannot be left open to the air. The lid should be tightened as soon as possible.
• The container containing the cleaning agent should be kept clean to prevent dirt and other substances from mixing into the cleaning agent and affecting the quality of the cleaning agent.
• It is normal for the product to be stratified or turbid after being placed for a long time. The effect is better after shaking.
• After rinsing, make sure that there is no cleaning agent left on the glass.
• After continuous cleaning for a period of time, it is recommended to add a matching defoaming agent appropriately, and the anti-foaming effect will be better.

Storage and Transportation Requirements

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals and non-corrosive chemicals.

Keep away from light, heat and seal.

Single packaging should not be stacked in more than two layers, and the lower layer must be fixed with a non-slip tray to prevent squeezing, deformation or tipping.

The shelf life is 12 months in a sealed state.
